For order and return/exchange shipping of all the hats of the Carlo Forti collection, we only use premium international shipping companies. On the SHIPPING page you can find a summary table of shipping costs applied and the served countries.

It's the same for the quality control processes, which guarantee high standard production for a premium quality product, 100% handmade in Italy in accordance with the best Italian artisan tradition.

Always use non-aggressive detergents, or just a cotton cloth soaked in water, especially for leather goods.
