If you need to return or change a product for any reason, we are here to help you. Hats can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order.
We ask you to take note of the following return conditions:
- Returned hats must be in their original packaging with tags still on.
- Returned hats must be in their original condition, with accessories still on, and must not have been washed, damaged or have visible signs of wearing.
To request for a return or change, please follow these steps:
- Contact us (be sure to have your order ID at hand)
- Return the hat(s) to us with DHL using the waybill we sent you.
- Shipping costs for the return are at our expenses.
- Shipping costs for the purchase are at your expenses.
